The Movements Adult martial arts programme is purposely designed for ages 13+

Classes follow a carefully structured, beginner to black belt training curriculum where you will learn an exciting range of martial arts skills from Kung fu, boxing, kickboxing and practical self defence.


Suitable for all ages and abilities our classes combine high energy pad work, functional fitness, flexibility and mobility exercises, along with practical and functional self defence techniques and strategies.
